We’re Looking for Associates to Join Our Team

HealthBid are healthcare bidding experts and NHS tender specialists. We work with a range of clients across different healthcare services on both bid writing and bid planning.

We’re proud to have a highly qualified and experienced in-house team working on every project.

As part of our Plan offer, we work with Associates to deliver strategic activity outside of live bid timelines to support our clients to become bid ready. We’re always searching for qualified, skilled Associates with demonstrable experience in the UK health and social care sector to complement our in-house expertise.

How We Work With Associates

As an Associate, you would be supported by a team of our expert staff. You’d work closely with Meg House, Senior Plan Manager, to coordinate the delivery of Plan projects. You would lead meetings and workshops with external clients, supported by a project team of HealthBid colleagues. You’d work with our team members to develop and deliver Plan outputs, including reports, executive summaries, and project plans.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

Requirements

Experience working in the UK health and social care sector, for example clinical roles, project management, people management, estates management, or consultancy
Competency in use of technology and tools including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
Experience facilitating meetings with multiple SMEs
Research skills
Knowledge and experience of writing tenders for healthcare services
Problem solving skills

Areas of Experience
