The HealthBid Bid Manager role is a natural next step for someone currently working in bid management and looking for their next challenge. As Bid Manager, you will be expected to take a leading role in the production of bids for various clients, often managing several projects simultaneously.
As part of the HealthBid bidding team, you will have significant freedom to determine how to spend your time, within the framework of the projects set out by the COO/DCOO whilst providing core leadership and driving culture across the team.
Detailed Description
The Bid Manager is responsible for a series of bid projects, as set out by the COO/DCOO, as well as managing the culture of the company. This includes managing and leading multiple projects with varying Manager/Writer combinations as deemed appropriate.
These activities may involve travel across the UK where safe and appropriate, which will be reimbursed in line with Bidding Limited’s expenses policy, and an expectation to come into the office when required.

When assessing the operational priorities for the business, the COO/DCOO will assign bids to the Bid Manager. They will then be expected to:
